A Journey Rooted in Passion

Noemi Rojas, the visionary founder of Deco Models & Talent agency, has always been captivated by the allure of the entertainment industry. From a young age, at just 5 years old, her fascination with music led her to master the saxophone and clarinet, performing in her local high school band and orchestra in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. The thrill of performing on stage ignited a passion that would shape her extraordinary journey.

In the late 1970s, Noemi seized the opportunity to showcase her talents on the daily TV show "Weekday Fever," hosted by Nancy Glass, where she dazzled as a dancer. Her pursuit of the arts brought her to Los Angeles in the early 1980s, attending the Lee Strasberg Academy and Stanislavski Academy and starring in theatrical plays, including the notable role of Elena in "Uncle Vanya." A discovery during a dance performance catapulted her into a 6-month tour to Asia as part of a Latin Revue show.

In 1997, fueled by ambition, Noemi made a pivotal move to Miami Beach, founding the legendary Deco Models & Talent agency. Over the years, she has orchestrated and directed productions for renowned names such as Tony Romas, Gilberto Santarosa, MTV Latin America, Jag Jeans, Canadian Stock Photography, and many more. As an executive producer, she recently spearheaded the feature film "Secrets and Death," co-staring Melvin Van Peebles, showcasing her versatility both behind and in front of the camera.
